• Q: What is the difference between the Shorty and Regular exhaust, and which do you recommend?
• A: The Shorty exhaust offers a little more power with a more explosive delivery and is definitely louder. The Regular exhaust is about 0.5hp less but offers a smoother and longer power pull. It also uses more packing and has a deeper sound. We sell a lot of the Shorty model.

• Q: Is the standard RP intake (for the stock airbox) compatible with a foam air filter, or is it only for a paper filter?
• A: For our standard RP intake that utilizes the stock airbox, the compatibility can vary. Please contact us directly with the specific filter you plan to use, as some are only compatible with the paper filter that comes with the unit, while others may fit.

• Confirmed Foam Alternative (e.g., for YFZ450R application): A UNI foam filter designed for a TRX450R is a known working alternative that customers have successfully used with our standard RP intake. Please note we do not sell this specific UNI filter.
• Regarding Other Foam Filters (e.g., Pro Design): Compatibility with specific aftermarket foam filters, such as the popular Pro Design dual foam filter, is not guaranteed and can vary due to sizing differences.
• Recommendation: If you plan to use a filter other than the one supplied, please contact us directly with the specific filter's make, model, and dimensions to ensure a proper fit and seal.

• Q: Can I install your RP Throttle Body on a stock engine, or do I need other performance upgrades for it to work?
• A: The RP Throttle Body is a significant performance upgrade and can be installed on a stock engine. However, to truly benefit from the increased airflow, we strongly recommend combining it with a Vortex ECU and a performance exhaust system. Without these complementary parts, you won't see the throttle body's full potential.

• Q: Why is my tracking number not showing any updates for the first few days?
• A: Tracking updates may take 3–4 days to appear. This is normal for our cross-border shipping process from Canada to the U.S. Your tracking link will begin showing real-time updates only after your package has arrived at our U.S. facility in Buffalo and has been scanned by our U.S. carrier (USPS/UPS).

• Q: Can you explain the shipping process for U.S. orders?Please note that your tracking link will only become active and show real-time updates after step 3, when the U.S. carrier scans your package in Buffalo.
• A: Our U.S. order workflow involves a cross-border process:

1. Pallet Pickup: Your package is loaded onto a consolidated pallet.
2. Transit to Buffalo Warehouse (2–3 days): The freight travels from Canada to our U.S. facility.
3. Transit to Your Address (2–3 days): Once in Buffalo, the package is handed off to USPS or UPS.
4. Final Delivery: Your package arrives.
