When will my order ship?
At RP Race Performance, every part is built with precision and purpose. Most of our products are made in short-run production, meaning your order is custom-built once it’s placed.

Built-to-Order Timeline: The majority of orders are made-to-order, with a typical build time of 7–10 business days.

Shipping Times (Continental USA and Canada): Once your order is complete, it will ship using your selected method—standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock, it will ship the next business day after your order is confirmed.

Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Overnight or express shipping must be confirmed with RP Race prior to ordering.
We work hard to get your custom parts to you quickly—because we know every second counts when you ride with purpose.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer shipment via Fedex, UPS or Canada Post. Depending on your shipping location, you may only have the option of one carrier.
Where we ship?
RP Race ships to addresses in Canada, in all United States and to Internationnal destinations. We already shipped to 42 countries so far!

Important notice for U.S. customers
Please note: Tracking updates may take 3–4 days to appear. This is normal for our cross‑border shipping process.
Here’s how your order moves through our workflow:

Label Created – Your USPS/UPS shipping label is prepared.

Skid Pickup (Next Day) – Your package is loaded onto a consolidated skid.

Transit to our Buffalo Warehouse (2–3 days) – Freight travels from Canada to our U.S. facility.

USPS/UPS Pickup – Once in Buffalo, your package is handed off to USPS/UPS.

Transit to Your Address (2–3 days) – Your parcel moves through the U.S. delivery network.

Final Delivery – Your package arrives at your door.

Once USPS/UPS scans your package in Buffalo, your tracking link will begin showing real‑time updates.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number via email for your Fedex, UPS or Canada Post package once it has shipped out. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including pick-up time, when your package was scanned into a distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.
